SnoopAI is a subscription service. You pay monthly, you get access. Cancel anytime.
free trial. No charge until day 15. Cancel before then and you owe nothing.
We connect to your POS read-only. We never change your data or process payments.
Your business data belongs to you. We never sell it or use it for other purposes.
SMS alerts are optional and require your consent. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP.
We provide the service in good faith. We are not liable for business decisions you make based on Snoop's reports.

1. Who we are

SnoopAI is a product of Sara Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. When you use SnoopAI you are entering into an agreement with Sara Technologies LLC.

2. The service

SnoopAI provides AI-powered business intelligence for independent bar and restaurant operators. The service connects to your point-of-sale system via read-only API, analyzes your sales and inventory data, and delivers daily reports via SMS and an online dashboard.

SnoopAI is a tool to help you understand your business. It does not manage your business, make decisions for you, or guarantee specific financial outcomes. You remain responsible for all business decisions.

3. Subscription and billing

SnoopAI is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is listed at snoopai.app/pricing.html and may change with 30 days notice.

Your free trial begins when you complete account setup. No charge until day 15.
After the trial, your card is charged monthly on the same date.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
If payment fails, we will retry for 7 days before suspending your account.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Sara Technologies LLC never stores your card details.

4. SMS messaging terms (Optional)

Users may optionally provide their mobile phone number to receive automated SMS text messages from SnoopAI (Sara Technologies LLC). SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing or using the SnoopAI service. If you choose to opt-in, you will receive messages including daily business intelligence briefs, inventory alerts, reorder notifications, and license renewal reminders.

Message frequency: Up to 2 messages per day depending on your alert settings.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

You can manage your SMS preferences or opt-out entirely at any time in your dashboard settings.

5. Your data and our access

When you connect your POS system to SnoopAI, you grant us read-only access to your sales data. This means:

We can read your sales transactions, menu items, and basic reporting data
We cannot create orders, issue refunds, change prices, or take any action in your POS
We cannot access your bank account or your customers' payment information
You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration from your dashboard or from your POS settings

Your business data belongs to you. We use it only to provide the SnoopAI service. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it to train AI models for other businesses. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SnoopAI to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to access other users' data
Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the SnoopAI platform
Use the service for any purpose other than managing your own bar or restaurant business
Share your account credentials with people outside your organization

7. Accuracy of reports

SnoopAI's reports are based on the data provided by your POS system, the inventory information you enter, and the recipes you configure. The accuracy of Snoop's analysis depends on the accuracy of this input data.

SnoopAI is designed to flag patterns and variances for your review — not to replace professional accounting, legal, or financial advice. Always verify significant findings before taking action. Sara Technologies LLC is not liable for business decisions made based on SnoopAI reports.

8. Uptime and availability

We work hard to keep SnoopAI available 24/7 but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (POS APIs, cloud infrastructure), or unexpected issues may occasionally affect availability. We will notify you of planned maintenance by email when possible.

9. Cancellation and data deletion

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:

You retain access until the end of your current billing period
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind
After 30 days, all your data is permanently deleted from our systems
You can request immediate deletion by emailing privacy@snoopai.app

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least s before they take effect. Continued use of SnoopAI after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Limitation of liability

Sara Technologies LLC provides SnoopAI as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of SnoopAI is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes will be resolved in Wyoming courts.
