Square and Clover are currently supported. If you use a different POS, Snoop can still work with supported report uploads while additional direct integrations are added.
No. Snoop connects with read-only access. Snoop can see your sales data but cannot change orders, issue refunds, or take any action in your POS system.
Give Snoop a starting inventory and connect supported sales data. As sales come in, Snoop can update the running quantity for mapped items and recipe ingredients. Refunds and voids can also be reviewed so you decide what should actually go back into stock. Physical counts still matter — Snoop helps you compare what should be there with what is really there.
Each location can receive a unique Snoop email address. Forward supported invoices and business documents there, and Snoop reads what it can, keeps the information tied to the correct location, and surfaces useful details for review.
